I booked an AC room, and I was offered a non AC room.

Great location, good security guard at the basement

Person at the reception sofa asked how much I paid for the room and the moment I answered, his response was like sorry cannot offer you a room though I had already paid via booking.com. I had to argue with him to say i already have a reservation and showed confirmation email.

The friendly staff. The food in the neighbourhood was fantastic. I also enjoyed seeing more Muslim Indian culture.

The neighbourhood was hard to navigate as a non-Indian. Autos were sometimes hard to come by and it was difficult to find an ATM that worked with Western cards. Not many people speak English in this area.

No problem with stay. Happy to recommend. Good parking facility for cars. Nice hotels around (Anand adiyar bhavan)

No quadrapule room. Due to this, need to book 2 rooms separately.

The room we booked was for AC but when we arrived at night from the airport just to stay the night, they said the price shown in booking.com was for Non AC room. If we wanted AC room we have to pay extra. That was taking advantage. Because we wouldnt get another room at that late at night. We ended up staying in non AC room. I agree that the price shown for AC room was just 1000Rs which is cheap. But if you cant provide an AC room in that price, please update your price.

When making my hotel reservation, I did not seek the advice of tours and travels. Despite doing it myself, I was able to obtain convenient services at a fair price.

Quick and easy check-in process. Room was clean and confirtable Excellent room. Helpful staff. Very polite and professional. Loved the stay.

Love the Charm of this hotel.the front desk person was so helpful and made my check-in process fast and easy. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. will come back next month again to stay here.

The rooms were non AC. According to our booking, they should be AC rooms

It's really nice property for stay. Nice rooms have good space. Good staffs Had a comfortable stay, room was good and specious, service was good,

- Perfect location next to bus station and metro- Rooms were okay- Spacious room- Receptionists were friendly - It was good value for money - I can recommend the place but they charge more than the price on what you booked

- I was overcharged- I booked for 812 rupees plus 98 rupees tax , 910 rupees total- When I paid I was charged 1100 rupees in total- I asked why I am asked to pay more - The answer that the reservation price is only at booking.com and hotel price is different - not a big deal but agreement should be agreement

Great valuable for money. Rooms were very clean and hygienic, all of the hotel staff were very gentleman. Had a good stay. Service was good.

Everything was perfect. The staff was helpful, the accommodations were beautiful .It couldn't have been better. All the staff was well trained and polite. they are very supportive, I would recommend this hotel.Room was neat and clean, Staff was cooperative while check in and check out.

stay was comfortable , all the working members are very helpful in the premises. Good clean rooms, good service. Worth of money. , and the views from our room were breathtaking.

It is a very comfortable hotel, breakfast was great and the hotel is located near one of hotspots and stil in a quiet street.

The only problem is that the quality of the interior and mattress is average and you will not get that experience.

Bad

Everything! The facility is disappointing altogether. First of all, the OYO people cheated us offering early check in, while the hotel people gave only one room and said they would give the second room within half an hour, which didn't happen! But they charged the amount for early check in for two rooms! The rooms and bathrooms are so small! The room service was horrible, the room boy didn't give even water, even after asking! One of the rooms had a socket hanging loose from the switchboard, that too just above the bed! My son escaped from electric shock, by the grace of God! The behaviour of the staff at the reception desk was so pathetic, arguing with us without logic, and shouting that we can complain anywhere we like! The most disappointing thing this experience taught us is that OYO people cannot be trusted at all! They can lie without blinking an eye!

Near bangalore city and deepanjali nagar metro station

Room was not clean, had cockroaches in both room and bathroom so asked property manager to pest control but did not solved problem. Also door knobs were rusted and bathroom door was damagedUpon checking at hotel they declined to give complimentary breakfast which was in my booking package and stated that OYO did not sent them complimentary breakfast option also restaurant at hotel got shut down since one week hence no food option at property.
